Youth Fitness Program

Our Youth Fitness Program is a summer-based program designed for children ages 6 to 17. Participants are grouped by age and ability and engage in a variety of fun, fitness-focused activities that promote movement, confidence, and healthy habits.
The program runs for approximately six (6) weeks and includes specialized group sessions for children who need additional fitness guidance and nutritional support. We also offer engaging activities focused on skill-building and enjoyment, such as Track & Field, Gardening & Nutrition, Fitness Challenges, and more.
